Intake call with parents
Before your first visit, we’ll hop on a call to hear your story—without distractions. This gives you space to share your child’s health history, your concerns, and your goals, so we can truly understand what’s going on beneath the surface.

First visit & neurological scans
At your child’s first in-person visit, we’ll meet them where they’re at and begin building trust. They can get comfortable in the space We’ll complete a gentle, non-invasive neurological scan to assess how their nervous system is functioning and where stress may be stored.

Report of findings & personalised care plan
At your second visit, we’ll walk you through everything we found—scan results, stress patterns, and what it all means. You’ll leave with a clear, customized care plan built around your child’s unique needs and goals. Each child is different, but in many cases there is an “intensive” phase of care where frequency is higher. This is a super important phase to rebalance the nervous system.

Neuro-tonal adjustments
Each adjustment is designed to find and release the built up tension and stress stuck in the sympathetic nervous system, and stimulate and activate the vagus nerve and parasympathetic nervous system… activating the “growth and development” mode of the autonomic system, and seeking to ultimately restore balance.
We refer to this as NeuroTonal Adjusting because the tone of the neuromuscular and motor system is absolutely crucial to a child’s health in all areas, neurological, immune, respiratory, gut health, and more.

Progress & rescan
Every 12 visits, we pause to re-evaluate and complete a full neurological rescan. This is one of our favourite appointments—because it’s where we get to see the changes happening in your child’s nervous system. These insights help us fine-tune your child’s care plan, adjust the frequency or techniques as needed, and give you a clear picture of the progress being made. It is most common to see neurological change before we start to see external changes!
